📄 Terms and Conditions — Mishra CSC Point
Welcome to Mishra CSC Point. By availing yourself of our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions:
1. Accuracy of Information
Customers must provide accurate, valid, and authentic documents/information for any application.
Mishra CSC Point is not responsible for any rejection, delay, or penalty caused by incorrect data provided by the customer.
2. Service Fees & Charges
Service charges must be paid upfront or immediately after the service is rendered.
Fees once paid for government portals, wallet recharges, or successful applications are strictly non-refundable.
Government official fees and our center's service charges will be applied as per the standard rates.
3. Application Processing & Rejection
Our role is limited to filling out and submitting forms on official government/private portals on your behalf.
Approval, rejection, or delay of any application (like PAN, Voter ID, Aadhaar, Caste Certificate, etc.) depends entirely on the respective government departments. We do not guarantee approval.
4. Financial Transactions (AEPS / Money Transfer)
For cash withdrawals (AEPS), money will only be handed over after a "Success" status is shown on our portal and a digital/printed receipt is generated.
In case of a transaction failure where money is deducted from the customer's bank account but not received in our wallet, the customer must contact their respective bank. The bank usually reverses such amounts within 3 to 7 working days.
5. Document Collection & Delivery
Customers must collect their printed cards, certificates, or documents within 30 days of notification.
The center is not responsible for the loss or damage of any original documents left behind at the shop for more than 30 days.
6. Verification Before Leaving
Customers are requested to verify their receipts, change/cash balance, and printed details before leaving the counter.
No claims or complaints regarding cash mismatch or typing errors will be entertained after leaving the center.
7. No Sale of Personal DataÂ
We do not sell, lease, rent, or transfer personal data to third parties for monetary or other consideration.Â
